For attendees

Updating your details

Change the details on a ticket, or claim a ticket someone bought for you. Each ticket is edited on its own.

Your ticket's details, name, phone, and any custom answers, live on that ticket and are edited there. Changing one ticket doesn't touch any other ticket in your order, even ones for the same event.

Editing a ticket's details

Open the ticket and tap Edit details. The same dialog shows first name, last name, an optional phone number, and any custom questions the organizer added, pre-filled with whatever's already on file.

Make your changes and save. Editing is available once the ticket has been claimed and stays available right up until you're checked in at the event, at which point the details are locked.

Claiming a ticket someone bought for you

When someone buys more than one ticket, they can invite the other attendees to fill in their own details instead of doing it for them. If that's you, you'll get an email with a claim link. It opens a page you don't need to sign in for.

Your email is already filled in and locked, since the buyer set it when they sent the invite. Fill in your first and last name (required), your phone number (optional), and any custom questions the organizer requires, then submit to claim your ticket.

The claim link works once. After you submit, your ticket is confirmed and the link stops working. If you need to change anything afterward, use Edit details on the ticket itself.
