Cancelling

Cancel your registration or request a refund from your confirmation email or from the ticket itself. The organizer reviews every request before money moves.

You can cancel a registration two ways: from the link in your confirmation email, or from the ticket itself in the portal. For paid tickets, cancelling is a refund request: the organizer reviews it and decides whether to approve.

Your confirmation email links back to your confirmation page. Open it and look for the refund card near the bottom.

For paid registrations, the card shows your refund eligibility, and the refund deadline if the organizer set one. Tap Request refund to open the request form. A text field lets you add an optional reason, up to 2,000 characters, then submit.

If your request is already pending, the card shows a Withdraw button so you can pull it back before the organizer reviews it. If a previous request was declined but the refund window is still open, the card lets you try again.

From the ticket itself

Open the event's tickets list, then open the ticket you want to cancel. Request refund sits on the pass alongside Edit details and Transfer, wherever the ticket is eligible.

For a paid ticket, the dialog shows the amount that would be refunded if the organizer approves, and a reason is required before you can submit. For a free ticket, the same button reads Cancel this ticket instead, with no amount to show, but a reason is still required.

Once a request is open, the Request refund button no longer shows on the pass. The status of your request, pending, approved, declined, or processed, appears on the ticket page instead. If you need to withdraw it, use the link in your confirmation email.

What happens after you submit

After you submit, your request shows as pending. The organizer gets a notification and reviews it, and may approve, decline, or follow up with you by email.

If approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to show up on your statement.

If declined, your registration stays active and, if the refund window is still open, you can submit a new request.

Who decides what's eligible

The refund deadline and what qualifies for a refund are set by the event's organizer, not by you or by us. If refund requests are closed for your event, the card or dialog says so and no request can be submitted.
