Your account
One settings page holds your profile, sign-in emails and phone numbers, and communication preferences, shared across every module this organizer offers.
Your account settings are the same page no matter which module brought you to the portal. Open it from the account menu at any time. Some sections only appear once they apply to you; for instance, the events sections stay hidden until you've registered for something with this organizer.
Profile
Your name, preferred name, pronouns, and location. This is what the organization sees across everything you do here, not just one module.
Email addresses
You can sign in with any verified email address on your account, and your primary address is marked. Select Add an email, enter the new address, and confirm it with the six-digit code sent to it.
Adding an address links whatever activity happened under it, such as tickets bought with a work address, to the same profile. This is the fix if you registered under one address and normally sign in with another: attach both, and everything shows up in one place.
Phone numbers
Adding a phone number works the same way, a text with a six-digit code proves you own it, and once verified you can use it to sign in alongside your email addresses. Remove a number at any time from the same list.
Communication preferences
General email and text opt-in for this organization live here, along with a separate marketing-email list: one on/off toggle per verified email address on your account, so you can receive marketing at one address and not another.
Events profile and notifications
Once you've registered for an event, two more sections appear. Your events profile holds the name, phone number, and any organizer-defined questions used when you register, so future registrations can reuse them. Event notifications is a separate consent record from the marketing-email list above: it's per organizer, covers event emails and texts specifically, and every change is logged.
