5- Charity settingsSet your registered-charity identity, BN/RR, fiscal year, and signing officers, and check whether Mercleo has verified your charity so donations and tax receipts can go live.
- Donation pagesBuild a hosted donation page in Mercleo by creating a donation product with suggested amounts, a custom link, and your own branding. Share the link and donors give without signing in.
- Fundraising campaignsFundraising campaigns track a goal, link the audiences you are targeting, and roll up the transactions you attribute to them. You attribute each gift by hand, and totals are reported per currency rather than summed across currencies.
- GiftsRecord a gift against a contact, organization, or household with an amount, currency, and date, then browse and filter every gift on the Transactions page. Each gift can be receipted from the same row.
- Tax receiptsIssue CRA-compliant donation receipts against eligible, Mercleo-verified gifts, then download, email, void, or reissue them. Each receipt freezes the donor and charity details, carries a per-fiscal-year serial, and keeps an append-only audit log.
