Capacity monitoring
The Cockpit Dashboard shows live check-in, arrival rate, and queue counts on the day of your event, updating in real time as attendees arrive.
The Cockpit's Dashboard module is where you watch attendance and capacity live on the day of your event. Six KPI tiles and four trend charts update as check-ins, walk-ins, and badge scans happen.
Check-in KPIs
The top of the Dashboard shows three tiles for the selected day:
- Checked in: how many of today's tickets have checked in, as a count and a percentage.
- Arrival rate: check-ins per minute, with a bar strip showing arrivals in 5-minute buckets over the last hour. Only meaningful on the live day.
- Still expected: today's tickets that have not checked in yet.
Needs attention
Below the check-in KPIs, a second row surfaces the three queues most likely to need you: Walk-ins waiting, Badges to print, and Unread messages. When all three are at zero, the Dashboard collapses them to a single all-clear line instead of three empty tiles, so a real queue building up is easier to spot at a glance.
Trends
Below the queues, a Trends section charts the whole event rather than only the selected day: cumulative check-in, arrival velocity, no-show rate by ticket type, and check-in sources (kiosk, Cockpit, self-service, and so on), plus a table of what's coming in the next four hours.
Multi-day scoping
For multi-day events, every check-in KPI on the Dashboard is scoped to whichever day is selected in the Cockpit's day switcher (see Cockpit for how the switcher works). Ticket types that are only valid on certain days only count toward that day's totals: a day-one-only VIP ticket does not show up in day two's Still expected count.
Before the day
In the run-up to your event, the event dashboard's Overview tab has the numbers that matter for planning: revenue, capacity filled, and a projected check-in rate, alongside a breakdown of registrations by path and price tier. Switch to the Cockpit once doors are about to open.
