Sales
Deals, pipelines, proposals, invoicing and forecasting for small businesses.
Getting started
1Deals
9- Deal fieldsDeal fields attach extra data to every deal beyond the built-in name, amount, and stage. You define each field once in Settings, then fill it in from the Custom fields section of any deal's identity rail.
- Deal workspaceThe deal workspace is the panel that opens for a single deal: an identity rail for who and what it's worth, a stage bar for where it stands, and tabs for Overview, Activity, Proposals, Invoices, Tasks, and Linked records.
- DealsThe Deals page tracks sales opportunities through your pipeline as a board or table, with saved views, filters, CSV export, and a per-stage weighted forecast.
- ForecastForecast projects expected revenue from your open deals by weighting each deal's amount by its own probability, broken down by close month, pipeline stage, and owner.
- InvoicesBill a proposal's line items through a connected Stripe account, and see every invoice a deal has raised on its own Invoices tab.
- PipelinesPipelines define the stages a deal moves through. You create them under Data model in settings, name and order each stage, and set an optional default pipeline.
- Product catalogueBuild a reusable catalogue of products and services with pricing, tax, and optional inventory, then drop them onto proposal line items instead of retyping them.
- ProposalsBuild one or more priced proposals on a deal, each with its own line items and status, and track which one the customer accepted.
- Tax ratesDefine named tax rates (such as 13% HST) once in settings, then pick them per line item when you build a proposal. Rates are account-wide and shared across every proposal.
