Mentorship
Mentorship programs: applications, matching, cohorts, and program delivery.
Getting started
2Applications
3- ApplicantsReview mentorship applications from inside the program that received them: approving enrolls the applicant on that program's roster, rejecting does not.
- Application formEach mentorship program has two application forms, one for mentees and one for mentors, that you build by pulling questions from your question bank and arranging them into sections with per-form required flags and conditional visibility.
- Question bankThe Mentorship question bank is your workspace-wide pool of reusable application fields: define a question once and select it onto any program's mentor or mentee application form.
For participants
2- ApplyingApply to a mentorship program from the link an organization sends you, or from inside the portal if you already have access, then wait for the organization to review your application.
- Your programsSign in to the portal to see the programs you're enrolled in, sign agreements, submit check-ins, and, once you're matched, log sessions and track goals with your mentor or mentee.
Participants
3- MatchesPair mentors and mentees from a program's roster into a match, then open it to log sessions and track goals. A match can hold more than one mentor or mentee, and it keeps each mentor relationship in sync on the contacts involved.
- RosterThe roster is a program's live membership list of mentors and mentees. People land here when you approve their application or add them directly, and you change each person's enrollment status from a per-row dropdown.
- Sessions and goalsOn each mentorship match you log the meetings a pairing has and set goals for mentees. Participants can log their own sessions and update goal progress from their portal, and you can do the same on their behalf.
Running a program
3- AgreementsAgreements are documents you attach to a mentorship program for participants to sign: a code of conduct, a liability waiver, or a program contract. You add each one on the program's Agreements tab and choose whether it applies to mentors, mentees, or both, and whether it is required.
- Check-insCheck-ins are recurring status-report schedules you define on a mentorship program. Mentorship generates a report for each eligible participant on the cadence you set and flags the ones that pass their grace window as overdue.
- CurriculumBuild a two-level syllabus of modules and items for a mentorship program. New modules start unpublished, and you choose whether mentors, mentees, or both can see each one.
