We believe the organizations doing the hardest work shouldn’t pay the most for their tools. So registered charities and nonprofits get Mercleo products at reduced cost, through a package built for your organization rather than a coupon code.

Registered charities
Your CRA charitable registration number, or your Notice of Registration from the Charities Directorate.
Incorporated nonprofits
Your certificate or articles of incorporation under the Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act, or your provincial equivalent.
Registered elsewhere
An IRS determination letter confirming 501(c)(3) status, or registration with your national charity regulator or nonprofit registry.
Structured some other way, like a fiscally sponsored project or an unincorporated community group? Apply anyway and tell us how you're organized. Documentation is reviewed by a person, and the conversation is part of the process.
Community Works is not for political parties, candidates, riding associations, or organizations whose primary purpose is partisan political activity.

Once your status is confirmed, we book a conversation to understand what your organization runs: programs, people, and what you need from Mercleo.

There is no fixed rate to quote, because there is no fixed package. Every Community Works agreement is built around the organization in front of us: which products, which terms, and what a fair price looks like for the work you do.
Yes, if you can show nonprofit incorporation or its local equivalent. And if your structure doesnât fit the documents listed, like a fiscally sponsored project or an unincorporated community group, get in touch anyway and tell us how youâre organized. The review is done by a person, not a checkbox.
