Modules

The portal only ever shows areas your workspace actually has. Modules, under /manage/modules, is where you decide which of those eligible areas your customers actually see, and who among them can see each one.

Why a module might not be listed

A module has to be eligible before it can be turned on. Eligibility depends on your plan (the underlying product has to be part of your account) and, for Mentorship, Learning and Giving specifically, on that capability being enabled for your account. If none of your products carry a customer-portal module yet, the page tells you so instead of showing an empty list.

Turn a module on or off

Each eligible module lists as a row with a switch. Flip it, then press Save changes. Turning a module off removes it from the portal nav and quick actions for everyone; it does not delete any underlying data.

Restrict a module to specific groups

Next to each module, a dropdown offers Everyone or Restricted to groups…. Choosing Restricted opens a picker of your access groups, so only people in the selected group(s) see that module. You need at least one group before this option is usable, see Groups in Participant accounts and sign-in.
