Applicants

Each person who fills out your program's apply link becomes an application. You review and decide every application from inside the program that received it, on its Applicants section.

The Applicants section

Open a program and go to its Applicants section. It lists applications that are still submitted or reviewing: the ones waiting on a decision. Each row shows the applicant's name, a role badge (mentor or mentee), the cohort they chose (if any), their focus area, the date they applied, and a short excerpt of their motivation.

When nothing is waiting, the section reads "No applications waiting for review." The Applicants entry in the program's sidebar carries a live count of exactly these pending applications, so you can see there's a backlog before you open the section.

Approving an application

Each pending row carries two actions: Approve & enroll and Reject. There's no separate step to mark an application as "in review" first. The section's own description states the outcome plainly: "Approving an applicant enrolls them on the roster in their requested role."

Approving creates the enrollment from the application. It lands on the roster in the role the applicant chose, into the cohort they picked if they picked one, and starts active immediately. Rejecting an application

Rejecting sets the application to rejected and leaves the applicant off the roster. No enrollment is created. The person's contact record isn't deleted: they stay in your contacts, and applying again later creates a new application rather than reopening the rejected one.

Finding applications across your programs

There's no single account-wide review queue. Instead, the Mentorship landing page shows an Applications to review KPI totalled across every program, and a Needs attention list of the specific programs carrying a backlog. Each row links straight into that program's Applicants section.
