Plan and usage
The Plan and usage settings page shows your current tier, this month's usage against your live allowances, and a full comparison of every tier, and it covers both Marketing and Analytics.
Open Plan and usage in Settings to see which tier your account is on, how much of your monthly allowance you have used, and where you would land by month end at your current pace. This one page covers both Marketing and Analytics: your tier and its allowances apply to both modules together, not separately.
Your current plan
The three tiers are Starter, Pro, and Growth. The Current plan card names your tier and its base monthly price: Starter shows "Free"; Pro and Growth show a price followed by "base" (for example, "$X/mo base").
If a higher tier exists above yours, an Upgrade button appears on the card (Upgrade to Pro, or Upgrade to Growth). It opens billing in Account settings. On Growth, the top tier, no upgrade button is shown.
This period's usage
The This period section measures two things from the first day of the current calendar month to now, each against your account's live resolved allowance rather than a fixed table:
- Analytics events tracked counts web-analytics events recorded this month against your cap, with a progress bar and an end-of-month forecast.
- Marketing contacts stored counts contacts currently stored against your bundled allowance, with a progress bar but no forecast: it is a stored total, not a pace.
Each row's progress bar shifts colour as usage climbs: neutral, then amber past 60% of the cap, then red past 85%. When a limit does not apply to your account, the row reads a running count with no cap shown instead.
End-of-month forecast
Only the Analytics events tracked row carries a forecast: it extrapolates linearly from your pace so far this month (the count so far, divided by the day of the month, multiplied by the days in the month). If the projection lands above your allowance, the line adds "(exceeds your allowance)" in red. Marketing contacts stored has no forecast, since a stored total has no pace to project.
How the caps and overages work
The two metered axes behave differently by tier, and the difference matters more than the raw numbers:
- Analytics events are a hard cap on Starter and Pro: collection stops when you reach it, and nothing is billed for going over. On Growth, events are metered instead, with no hard cap.
- Marketing contacts are a hard cap on Starter: new contacts stop being saved once you reach it. On Pro and Growth, contacts beyond the allowance bill at $7 per 1,000 per month instead.
- Email sends meter above the included allowance on every tier.
Every tier starts with a 14-day trial and requires a card on file.
Comparing the tiers
The Plan comparison table below the usage section puts all three tiers side by side, with your current tier's column highlighted:

| Analytics events included | 50K/mo | 500K/mo | 4M/mo |
| Marketing contacts stored | 1,000 | 10,000 | 50,000 |
| Email sends included | 4,000/mo | 50,000/mo | 300,000/mo |
| Bundled seats | 2 | 10 | 25 |

A checkmark means the feature is included; a dash means it is not part of that tier.
