Job postings

A job posting is where a role starts. It holds the title, location, employment type and compensation range, plus the questions applicants answer and the workflow their application moves through. A posting stays in Draft until you publish it, and only published postings show on your careers site.

Create a posting

A new posting starts as a draft and opens straight into its editor. Fields include:

• Title, team and hiring manager: the hiring manager is picked from your existing employees.
• Employment type: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Volunteer or Internship.
• Location and compensation: a location string plus a compensation range, currency and period (hourly, yearly or per-project).
• Hiring workflow: the sequence of pipeline stages an applicant moves through for this posting.
• Question set: the application questions applicants see. See Application questions.

Publish, close and reopen a posting

A posting has three states: Draft, Published and Closed. Publish makes it visible on your careers site immediately. Close removes it from your careers site while keeping every application already submitted. You can reopen a closed posting or revert a published posting to Draft at any time.

You can also set a close date so a posting stops accepting applications automatically without you having to close it by hand.

AI analysis settings on a posting

Each posting has its own AI analysis toggle and model tier. Turn on auto-analyze to have every new application scored against your org's analysis framework as soon as it comes in, or leave it off and score applications manually. Choose the standard or advanced model tier per posting, and add posting-specific guidance for the AI to weigh alongside your framework. Applicant counts at a glance

Your postings list shows a running count for each posting: applicants currently in progress, hired, rejected and withdrawn, so you can tell which roles need attention without opening each one.
