Every published posting shows on your careers site automatically. Applicants browse open roles, apply without creating a password and can come back later to check the status of what they've applied to.

What applicants see

Only published postings appear. A posting that's closed, manually or because its close date passed, shows as no longer accepting applications rather than disappearing outright. Applying opens the questions from the posting's question set, including any that are conditionally hidden until an earlier answer unlocks them.

Once someone submits an application, they get an automatic confirmation email. You can customize this email's subject and body for your organization; otherwise applicants get a default confirmation.

How applicants sign in to check their status

Your careers site has its own sign-in, separate from your Mercleo workspace. Applicants sign in with their email address and a one-time code sent to that inbox: there's no password to set or remember. Once signed in, they can browse jobs, see every application they've submitted to your organization with its current stage and update their profile.
