Storefront

Pricing a single course is a per-course setting, but two things need to be set up once for the whole account before you can sell anything: how you get paid, and where buyers find your catalogue. Both live on the Learning settings page, below your topics.

Set up course sales

The Course sales card covers three things:

  • Payments: a connected Stripe account. Connect one from Account settings, then Payments. If your workspace has more than one connected organization, choose which one settles Learning sales.
  • Tax: the tax you collect on paid courses. Saving this card counts as answering the tax question, even if you set it to zero.
  • Refund policy: free text shown to buyers. Required before you can publish a paid course.

Mercleo collects a platform fee on every paid-course transaction, disclosed on this same card.

Turn on the public storefront

Course sales settings make a course sellable, but they do not make it findable. For that, turn on Public storefront in the card below. Once it is on, anyone with your portal link can browse your published, portal-visible courses and create an account to enroll or buy, and the card gives you a shareable link to that catalogue with a one-click copy button.

Where completed orders land

The Sales tab is the account-wide ledger of every paid-course order. It groups by checkout, so a buyer who purchased two courses in one cart shows as a single order with two lines, not two separate rows. Each order rolls up to one status: paid, pending, expired, refunded, partially refunded when only some lines were refunded, or mixed. Filter the ledger by status or by course.
