Plans and modules

Billing → Plans is the one self-serve page for changing what your workspace pays for, upgrading your core tier, adding a module, or dropping one. It's a two-step surface: a core tier first, then modules.

Step 1: pick a core tier

The core tier, Starter, Pro, or Growth, sets the depth of all six core areas at once: seat counts, record limits, storage and metered allowances. It does not add or remove any area, every tier includes Audience, Sales, Work, Marketing, Analytics and People, just at different depth. Monthly or annual

A cadence toggle on the Plans page switches your whole account between monthly and annual billing. Annual prepay lowers the monthly-equivalent rate, see pricing for the exact number. Switching from annual back to monthly takes effect at your next renewal rather than mid-cycle.

Step 2: switch on modules

Below the core tier cards, each launched module gets its own row with a plain on/off switch, not a grid of tiers to compare. Flip it on and a depth picker, Included/Starter, Pro, Growth, appears under that row only. Leave it off and the module stays invisible everywhere in the product, it never renders as a locked upsell.

Events: free at the Included depth

Events is the one module you can turn on for nothing: its entry depth is labeled Included rather than Starter, because it's a free opt-in, not a subscription. Clicking Include applies immediately, no cart, no proration, no waiting for your next invoice. Going deeper, Pro or Growth depth, is a paid upgrade from there and does ride the normal cart.

HR: paid from the first seat

HR is the one deliberate exception: it has no free depth, and switching it on is a paid subscription from the start, priced per seat. It renders inside the People area rather than as its own tile once it's on.

Canceling a paid product

Cancel a subscription from Billing → Overview, on the row for that product. It stays active through the end of the period you already paid for and stops at the next renewal, it doesn't cut off immediately.
