Invoices and payment

Stripe is the system of record for everything on this page, invoices, cards, tax IDs. Billing here gives you a quick read and a few inline edits; a Manage billing button opens Stripe's own portal for anything deeper.

The billing summary

Billing → Overview leads with a summary card: your monthly total across every paid product, the date of your next charge and how many products are active. Below it, each subscription gets its own row with inline seat management and a cancel action, tier and module changes route to Plans instead.

Find a past invoice

1. Go to Billing → Billing history.
2. Every invoice Mercleo has sent you is listed newest first, with its status, amount, and description.
3. Use the row's icons to open the hosted invoice or download the PDF.

Update the card on file

Cards and bank accounts aren't managed inline, Billing → Payment methods opens the Stripe billing portal, where you can add or remove a card, change the default and update the billing address. This only becomes available once you're on at least one paid plan; nothing to manage until then.

Invoice email and tax IDs

Billing → Preferences covers the details Stripe prints on every invoice: where invoice emails go and any VAT, GST, EIN, or other tax identifiers on file. Both are editable inline; the billing address and payment methods themselves stay in the Stripe portal.

Free access from Mercleo

Not everything on your account runs through Stripe. Billing → Credit grants lists products you can use for free: gifts from Mercleo, active trials and Mercleo-team access. Each row shows the regular price alongside the credit covering it, with an Upgrade to paid plan action if you'd rather keep it once the credit or trial ends.
