Reach

A CRM that already knows your people.

Contacts, companies and pipeline on one record, and if you run other Mercleo products, their history is already on it.

Contacts and companies

Every person and organization, with lifecycle stages, lists, dedupe and import, plus a timeline that picks up what they did in any other Mercleo product you run.

Explore Contacts

Deals and forecasting

Money you invoice: sponsorships, memberships, services, venue hire. Pipelines you define, a catalogue you quote from, and a forecast: what your open deals add up to, counted by the stage each one has reached.

Explore Deals

Giving, done properly

Money donated: gifts, fundraising campaigns and CRA-compliant tax receipts, with serials, split receipting, void and reissue. Built for Canadian charities, not adapted for them.

Explore Giving

Objects you define

Everything else you track: grants, pledges, memberships, volunteer shifts, cases. Record types you define yourself: your fields, your stages, no developer required.

Explore Custom objects

Automation and reports

Visual workflows on your own triggers, and a report builder over everything above.

Explore Automation

Everything in Contacts: tracks, the scoring engine, lists and import

An API that’s yours

REST API, tokens and webhooks: your data was never held hostage.

Import without dread

CSV import with mapping and dedupe that expects real-world mess.

Audit trail

Who changed what, when: retained and reviewable.

Both, and the split is by what the money is. Money you invoice (sponsorships, memberships, services, venue hire) is a deal. Money donated is a gift, and lives in Giving with its receipting. Anything else you track is a custom object. So a corporate sponsorship that includes a donation is two records, a deal and a gift, sitting on the same company and the same people.

The mechanics are there: sequential serials, split receipting, void and reissue, delivered as PDF.

The person record itself comes with every Mercleo account. Reach itself (pipeline, giving, objects) is a paid subscription.

CSV import with field mapping and dedupe. Bring your mess.

All of the above works on its own: contacts, pipeline, giving, custom objects and the engagement score. The score reads whatever you actually run, so with Reach alone that is gifts, deals and stage changes. Add Pulse or Engage later and pageviews and attendance start feeding the same number, on records you already have.
