A score with your rules
You decide what an open, a visit or an attendance is worth, and how fast it fades. The score follows your rules, not a vendor’s.
It cools honestly
Points fade at the rate you set (a half-life, so they lose half their value every so many days) and last year’s enthusiasm stops masquerading as this year’s.
Cold to champion
Four plain tiers over the score, so a glance at a list tells you who is warm without opening a single record.
Fed by whatever else you run
Pageviews and email opens from Pulse, attendance from Engage, applications from Cadre: if you run them, that activity lands on the record by itself. If you don’t, the score reads what Reach sees.

Yes. Tracks are separate (donor lifecycle, volunteer lifecycle, member lifecycle) and a contact holds a stage in each. One relationship ending does not erase another.
It doesn’t. You do. Each kind of activity gets the score you assign, decaying at the rate you choose. The tiers are just a readable summary of the number your rules produce.
