What being in the beta means. Three things, plainly.
The real product
Beta organizations run on the live platform from day one: your data, your programs, every product.
Shape what ships
You work directly with the people building Mercleo. What you run into becomes what we fix next.
No chase
One reply about your request, from a person. No follow-up sequence, no list.
Tell us about your organization. Two minutes, and a person reads every request.
What happens next. Three steps, with a person at each.
You send this form.
Who you are, what you run, and where you are online. Two minutes.
We read it and reply.
A person reads every request. If the beta is a fit for what you run, we say so and book a time to set you up.
You start on your real work.
We bring your data across with you and stay close while you get going.
Beta organizations are on discounted terms agreed before anything is charged, and no payment details are taken when you apply. Registered charities and nonprofits should also read Community Works.
The real thing. You run on the live platform with your own data, and your account carries forward when the beta ends: nothing to migrate, nothing to rebuild.
We say so, and we say why. The beta is deliberately small because every organization in it gets real attention, so a "not yet" is about capacity and timing rather than a verdict on your organization.
It is yours, it is exportable, and it is handled exactly as our privacy policy and trust centre describe. Beta status changes none of that.
