Every application with its role, its focus and its state: approve writes the roster, reject closes it politely, and both are kept.
No. The public application page works without one: the applicant becomes a contact on your record, and the application sits on their timeline from day one.
Enrolment respects the caps: mentors and mentees separately. An approval past the cap is refused with the number, not silently allowed.
Yes. Two forms per program, built from the same bank. And within a form, sections can appear conditionally, so nobody elaborates on something they just ruled out.
Not while an application is live: duplicates are guarded. A past application stays on the record either way.
