CadreCareers site

Somewhere to send people. Openings under your own brand, applications in one place, and nothing that looks like it came from a job board.

Two parts of a careers site. What you post, and what it looks like.

A posting that says enough. And nothing you didn’t choose to say.

Department, location and the kind of engagement, including volunteer. Pay as a range, one figure, or not at all. And a closing date that takes the form down without anybody remembering to.

  • Department, location, and the kind of work
  • Full-time, part-time, contract, internship, or volunteer
  • Pay as a range, one figure, or nothing at all
  • Reusable sections for the parts you write once
  • Draft, published and closed treated as different things
  • A closing date that stops the form without you remembering

Everything in Postings

It should look like you. All the way down to the sidebar.

A logo, two colours, a hero per surface with the overlay you choose, your own sign-in wording, and the choice of which sections the Hub shows at all.

  • Your logo, your primary colour, and a separate accent
  • A hero image on each screen, with the tint you choose over it
  • Or a quote and attribution, if the photo isn’t the point
  • Your own wording on the sign-in screen
  • Page, card, sidebar and header colours, all yours

Everything in Branding

And a front door they can come back to. One code, and everything they’ve applied for.

One code, no password

Applicants sign in with a one-time code sent to their email. Nothing to invent, nothing to reset, nothing to leak.

Everything they applied for

What they have applied to and how far along each one is, including past applications, if you choose to show them.

Documents they can reuse

A file sent with an earlier application can be attached to a new one, rather than hunted for all over again.

Only the parts you want

Choose which sections appear (openings, applications, profile) and where the Hub opens when somebody arrives.

Give people somewhere to apply. The beta is open now.

No. Openings publish straight to your Engagement Hub under your own brand: the same front door as everything else you run there. There is no separate CMS to keep in step.

Yes. A posting can be marked volunteer, alongside full-time, part-time, contract and internship, so a volunteer call and a staff role live in the same place.

Your logo, your button colour and a separate accent for the outline keyboard users follow, your hero image with the tint colour and strength you choose over it, your own sign-in wording, and the colours of the page, cards, sidebar and header.

No. Compensation is entirely optional and can be a range, a single figure, or absent; it is a per-posting choice, not a global setting.
