PulseLeads
Your forms already work. Keep them. Capture the forms your site has today: mapped once, landing as contacts with their whole visit trail attached.
Point at a form you already have. And map it once.
The script has been watching your forms all along. Flip one switch per form, and the mapping UI is already filled in with the fields it saw.
- The script that measures the site already sees its forms
- Turn capture on per form: nothing rebuilt, nothing embedded
- Map the fields it detected to contact properties, once
- Tags and lists applied as the submission lands
- A per-form default for email opt-in, set by you
Then let them land. As people, with their history.
Ninety days of anonymous browsing attaches the moment they tell you who they are, on the same shared record the rest of Mercleo reads.
- Every submission kept as it was sent, encrypted where it is stored
- No email, no contact: recorded as failed, visibly
- The contact lands on the shared person record the rest of Mercleo reads
- Up to 90 days of their anonymous trail attaches with them
- Forms classified in your language: demo, contact, mailing list
From submission to somebody. What the capture actually produces.
A contact, not a row
A submission becomes a real contact on the shared person record: the same file your campaigns, events and fundraising already read.
With their history attached
The pages they read before the form arrive with them, back through ninety days of anonymous visits.
Kept, and kept private
The submission itself is stored encrypted, separate from the contact it became: what was sent, exactly as sent.
Opt-in, decided per form
A consent field on the form is authoritative; otherwise your per-form default applies. Nobody is opted in by accident.
Let your forms finish the job. The beta is open now.
No. That is the point. The tracking script watches the forms your site already has. You switch capture on per form and map its fields; the form itself never changes.
You don’t, here. Pulse captures forms, it does not build them. Your website keeps owning what forms look like; Pulse makes them land somewhere useful. If you need a new form, add it to your site and flip capture on.
Honestly: there is no spam filtering yet. Every capture with an email lands in the inbox, and the anti-spam queue is designed but not shipped. If your forms attract bots today, keep your site-side defences in place.
Not yet. There is no lead alert email or notification. The inbox is the surface; whoever owns leads checks it. We would rather name that than have a hot lead age quietly.
It is recorded as failed rather than becoming a half-contact. Email is the one field a record cannot do without: a lead you cannot reach is a row, not a person.
