PulseCampaigns

Email that answers for itself. Composed on your brand, sent from your domain, and reported recipient by recipient, including the gifts and sign-ups it produced.

Compose on your brand. Send to an audience with a name.

A brand kit, reusable blocks, and an audience that’s a saved definition, picked in the composer and never rebuilt per send.

  • A brand kit sets the look once: every template starts on it
  • A saved block copies in as it stands: editing it later never changes an email already sent
  • Audiences by list, tag, what is on the record, or what people have done
  • Verified senders on your own domain, not a vendor’s
  • Send now, or schedule the moment

Then read what happened. Person by person, honestly.

Every recipient carries their own lifecycle (delivered, opened, clicked) or a terminal one: bounced, complained, suppressed. Scanner clicks from corporate mail filters are excluded, so the numbers are people.

  • Every recipient tracked: sent, delivered, opened, clicked
  • Bounces, complaints and failures named, not netted away
  • Security scanners filtered out of your click counts
  • Unsubscribes handled: one click, honoured everywhere
  • Measured against the appeal or the event it was for

Sent like you’d want to receive it. The obligations, built in.

Compliance you can’t forget

Unsubscribe and preferences on every send, one-click honoured, and sending is blocked until your mailing address is set, because anti-spam law requires it.

Suppression that sticks

Addresses that bounce, report you as spam, or unsubscribe go onto a do-not-send list, and every send checks it before a single email leaves. If the check cannot run, nothing sends.

Numbers you can defend

Opens and clicks per recipient, top links with countries, and scanner clicks from corporate mail filters excluded, so your click rate counts people.

Credited to the thing it was for

Point a campaign at the appeal you are raising for or the event you are filling, and its report shows the gifts and registrations that followed, not just opens.

Send email you can stand behind. The beta is open now.

Yes. You verify a sending domain once, and sender identities compose against it. The newsletter comes from you, not from a vendor subdomain doing an impression of you.

You build an audience: a segment, in other words. It can be a list, a set of tags, a rule about details on the record, or a rule about what people have done: opened a campaign, attended an event, visited a page, or gone quiet. Save it with a name, pick it in the composer, and choose whether it keeps updating itself or freezes as it stands.

One click, honoured immediately: they land on the suppression list, their contact record’s opt-in flips off, and the campaign report counts them. The preference centre also lets people come back; resubscribing is theirs to do, not yours.

Not yet. There is no split testing. Our honest suggestion until there is: alternate approaches between sends and read the open rates, which is slower but real.

Point it at the thing it was for (the appeal you are raising for, or the event you are filling) and the report answers in gifts and registrations within the window you choose, alongside the delivery numbers.
