Accessibility
A conformance report that marks its gaps is worth more than one that doesn't. What has been assessed, what has not, and a direct route to tell us about a barrier.
Where we stand today
No formal WCAG audit has been done, on this site or on the product applications, and no conformance report exists yet. A report that marks partial support honestly is more useful to a reviewer than a claim of full conformance, and when we publish one it will be that kind; until then, this page tells you what has actually been checked.
If your procurement requires a conformance report in a specific format, tell us the format and the deadline and we will tell you what we can produce.
This website
The colour system behind this site is checked automatically: every semantic foreground and background pair is verified against WCAG AA contrast ratios, and the check runs on every build rather than being done once and trusted.
That is one criterion, not conformance. The rest of this site has not been formally assessed, and the next checks worth automating (focus visibility, keyboard traversal, heading order) have not been built yet.
The applications
The product applications have not been assessed. We say that plainly here so the contrast result above cannot be read as covering them; a claim about a marketing site says nothing about the software behind the sign-in.
Assistive technology
We do not yet publish a tested screen-reader and browser matrix, and until we do, we make no support claim. "Supports screen readers" without naming the combinations tested is not a claim anyone can act on.
Telling us about a barrier
If something here or in the products is a barrier for you, write to privacy@mercleo.com and it will reach the people who can fix it. Barrier reports are read directly and treated as urgent.
