Mentorship: your pairings,
without the spreadsheet. Early access
All the structure that usually lives in a coordinator’s spreadsheet: applications, pairings, agreements and check-ins, handled where the rest of your program already runs.
Applications, intakes and forms. Early access
Programs, intakes with caps, a shared question bank and two-sided conditional forms. The criteria you care about are the ones you actually collect.
Matches, with a state. Early access
Pair people from the applications you have, and keep the pairing as a thing with a state: forming, active, paused, finished. Logged sessions with attendance, and goals with target dates.
Agreements, signed and kept. Early access
Versioned codes of conduct, signed in your portal, kept exactly as they were signed.
Check-ins, on a rhythm. Early access
A short report each side files on a rhythm you set (weekly through to quarterly, or one-off), with a grace window and a list of who still owes you one.
How it uses the core.
- AudienceMentorship writes applications, pairings and check-ins onto each person’s record. Audience holds it, so a program joins a history instead of starting a blank page.
- The portalThe portal is where mentors and mentees already sign in. Mentorship adds applications, agreements and check-ins to that same front door.
- LearningLearning and Mentorship read the same cohort. Pair a program with a course and the group learns together and meets one to one.
- WorkMentorship gives the program its structure and Work holds the coordinator’s planning, so the board tracks the work rather than the roster.
Opt-in, on one bill. Off until you want it.
Mentorship is a module you switch on. It rides your core plan at the same level, on the same bill: one price, nothing else to choose. Your mentors and mentees never need seats.
Mentorship is built and in use with early customers. Get started and we will turn it on with you; there is no waitlist to join.
By you, from the applications in front of you. Suggestions can be drawn from the tags two people already share on their contact records, but nobody is ever paired automatically. The application forms are yours to design, and what the software keeps is the pairing and everything that happens inside it.
Their program, their pairing, their agreement and their check-ins, in your portal under your brand. Signing in is a one-time email code, never a password.
