HR: your candidates,
without a second system.
The organization that engages the audience runs in the same place: hiring, offers, onboarding and time off, on the records the core already keeps.
A careers site you own.
Openings published on your own branded careers pages. Candidates apply and track their application from your portal: the same site your audience already uses to sign in.
Your hiring process, step by step.
Applicants move through the stages you set (your pipeline), answering your screening questions, with a rating and a note from each reviewer. AI scoring is optional: turn it on and it reads each application against criteria you write, and shows its reasoning.
Offers, signed.
Generate offers from templates and collect e-signatures backed by a full audit trail, with no printing and no PDF tennis.
Onboarding that starts itself.
An accepted offer kicks off the onboarding plan automatically: a template matched to the new hire’s team, with ordered steps for tasks, forms, document uploads and acknowledgements. Their answers feed straight into the employee profile, so nothing gets retyped.
Time off, tracked.
Requested, approved and tracked per person, by type, as accrued minus used. Requesting time off never needs a seat.
Self-service is free
Every employee gets profile, documents and time-off requests, with no seat required.
The record keeps its history
Every title somebody has held, under the team as it was named at the time, so renaming a team never rewrites the past.
Your brand throughout
Careers pages, offers and your portal wear your identity, not ours.
How it uses the core.
- PeopleHR writes candidates, offers and onboarding to the employee record. People holds the directory and the org chart, so a new hire appears in both without re-entry.
- AudienceHR writes the candidate onto the same record Audience keeps, so someone who applied is someone you already know.
- MarketingMarketing reads the contacts HR writes and runs a campaign at your careers page. Recruiting uses the same tools as everything else.
- The portalThe portal is where candidates apply. HR adds the careers pages and the application flow to the front door you already run.
Opt-in, on one bill. Off until you want it.
HR is a module you switch on. It rides your core plan at the same level, on the same bill: one price, nothing else to choose. Employee self-service is free either way: seats are only for the people running hiring and HR.
No. Self-service is free. Seats are for the people running hiring and HR.
Electronic-signature law turns on consent, identity, integrity and retention rather than on ink, and each of them is recorded: a sealed PDF, a full audit trail and a certificate of completion. That is the evidence; if your sector has a stricter rule, check it against that list.
Yes. They can apply outright; if they do sign in to your portal, it is a one-time email code, never a password.
No. It reads an application against criteria you write yourself, and shows a score with its reasoning for each one. Nobody is ruled out by it. Moving somebody forward is always a person’s decision, and it is recorded as theirs.
No. HR is hiring, onboarding and time off on your own records. Payroll stays where it is.
