Events: your attendees,
from the sign-up to the door.

Registration is the easy part. The website, the door, the sessions and what happens to the record afterwards: that is the challenge, and it is all here.

Tickets, sold or free.

Types, tiers, packages, discounts, waitlists, transfers and refunds. The money lands in your own payment processor. There is no second one to set up.

Your event, your website.

Every event gets a real site (schedule, speakers, venue) published under your brand, with announcements, surveys and two-way messages keeping everyone posted.

The day itself, built for the door.

QR tickets, self-serve kiosk tablets, walk-ins, badge printing and the scan log: check-in built for the person at the door, not the person at the desk.

Sessions, and the cockpit.

Tracks, rooms and RSVPs, and the cockpit: the one screen you run the day from.

Paid and free tickets

Tiered pricing, discount codes and refunds, settled through your own payment processor.

Attendees are never seats

The people who register, buy and show up never cost you a seat.

Opt-in for free. You pay when you sell a ticket.

Events is a module you switch on, and switching it on is free: there is no plan to pick and nothing added to your bill. You pay 2% on paid tickets, on top of your own payment processor, capped at $14.99 a ticket. Free tickets are free to 5,000 a year, then $0.10 each. Your attendees never need seats.

No. Tickets are QR codes in email and in your portal; any phone screen or printout works at the door.

Yes. Kiosk mode runs on a tablet: attendees scan themselves in, walk-ins register on the spot, and leaving the kiosk screen needs a PIN.

They sign in to your portal with a one-time email code: no passwords, and no Mercleo branding in their way.

Nothing per attendee, up to 5,000 free tickets a year, and there is no limit on how many free events you run. Past 5,000 free tickets, they are $0.10 each, billed as you go.
